Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your scheduled installation up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment, please contact us at 1-800-MOUNT-TV or info@mountmytv.com. Please provide your booking reference number for faster processing.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Rescheduling should be arranged at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

  • • Appointment cancelled at least 24 hours in advance - Full refund
  • • Installation not completed due to Mount My TV error - Full refund
  • • Customer dissatisfaction - We will work with you to resolve issues

Partial Refunds

If a technician is unable to complete your installation due to circumstances within your control or equipment issues discovered on-site, a partial refund or credit may be offered depending on the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Exceptions

No-shows (appointments missed without prior notice) will not be refunded. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
